Details of the Job/Internship

SK Finance Ltd is hiring a Legal Officer – Business Legal (Non-Litigation) with 1–3 years of experience to join their office in Jhunjhunu, Rajasthan.

Role and Responsibilities

• Scrutinize property titles and vet supporting legal documentation.
• Review and approve internal and external legal reports.
• Conduct branch visits and train sales teams on legal processes.
• Prepare internal legal scrutiny reports and manage coordination with external legal vendors.
• Physically verify mortgage property documents when needed.
• Maintain legal MIS, oversee legal initiation with vendors, and support the disbursement process.

Eligibility

• Law graduate (LL.B.).
• Minimum 1 year post-qualification legal experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficient in legal operations and relevant technologies.

Salary/Stipend

₹3.25 LPA
