Details of the Job/Internship

Finquest Group is hiring a Legal Officer/Legal Associate with 1–3 years of experience to join their office in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist external and in-house legal teams with legal cases related to IBC-acquired companies.
• Ensure compliance with RBI regulations for NBFCs and group entities.
• Provide legal and administrative support to clients and external counsel.
• Handle legal procedures and maintain case documentation.
• Manage effective file organization and follow-up.

Eligibility

• Education: LL.B. or equivalent.
• Experience: 1–3 years in IBC, RBI compliance, or legal roles within NBFCs, IPEs, or law firms.
• Strong knowledge of IBC, SARFAESI, debt recovery, and RBI circulars.
• Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills.
