Details of the Job/Internship
Legodesk is hiring a Legal Officer (Litigation) to join their team in Bengaluru. This is a full-time, on-site role involving litigation management, legal drafting, legal consultations, and compliance support, with close collaboration across legal and business teams.
Role and Responsibilities
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents.
- Managing litigation processes and providing legal consultations.
- Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Advising on contract-related matters.
- Assisting in the preparation of legal strategies to mitigate organisational risks.
- Monitoring legal developments and providing strategic recommendations.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) or higher qualification in a related legal field.
- Strong knowledge of business law, contract law, and general legal principles.
- Experience in legal consulting and handling litigation processes.
- Proficiency in drafting and reviewing legal contracts, agreements, and notices.
- Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
- Experience in banking, NBFC, or FinTech legal matters is an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Experience with legal software such as Legodesk or similar tools is a plus.
