Details of the Job/Internship

Legodesk is hiring a Litigation Counsel to join their office in Bengaluru. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and address litigation-related issues.
• Draft and prepare legal documents.
• Represent the organisation in court and manage litigation matters.
• Negotiate agreements and resolve legal disputes.
• Manage legal risks and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve legal and operational objectives.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or higher.
• Membership with the Bar Council of India is a plus.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
