SK Finance Limited is hiring a Legal Officer/Manager to join their office in Ajmer.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide legal support and services.
- Prepare and review legal documents.
- Offer legal consultations and advice on legal matters.
- Ensure compliance with business and contract law.
- Work closely with various departments to mitigate legal risks.
- Manage a diverse legal workload independently.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Proficiency in Business Law and Contract Law.
- Experience in legal consulting and providing legal advice.
- Strong understanding of general law fundamentals.
- Prior experience in the finance or NBFC sector is beneficial.
