Details of the Job/Internship
ATMAN Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Legal Officer in Daskroi, Gujarat. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the legal field.
Role and Responsibilities
- Drafting & vetting legal documents, including contracts, agreements, MoUs, NDAs, POAs, indemnities, and commercial contracts.
- Negotiating terms of engagement and contracts with subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and purchasers.
- Assisting internal teams on legal matters related to real estate leases, banking, finance, HR, and regulatory compliance.
- Drafting, negotiating, and reviewing case papers, legal notices, appeals, and liaising with external law firms and consultants.
- Managing litigation, arbitration, and legal disputes, representing the company in court, coordinating with lawyers, and handling legal proceedings.
- Developing compliance and risk management documents, policies, procedures, and SOPs.
- Ensuring adherence to company regulations, health & safety codes, and legal requirements.
- Preparing legal documents, updating records, and monitoring compliance activities.
- Identifying legal risks, recommending proactive measures, and handling business-related legal matters.
- Analyzing market trends, monitoring competition, and implementing legal strategies to protect the company’s interests.
Eligibility
- Qualification: LL.B / LL.M from a recognized institution.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in the legal field.
- Expertise: Strong knowledge of Civil Procedure Code, Criminal Procedure Code, and Contract Law.
