Details of the Job/Internship

Aavas Financiers Limited is looking for a candidate for the position of Legal Officer (Non-Litigation) with 1 to 2 years of experience to join them at their Dehradun Office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Scrutinizing property titles, Vetting of property papers.
• Review and Approving of Legal Report.
• Branch Visit and training to local Sales team for legal.
• Preparing Internal Legal Scrutiny reports, External Vendor management.
• Physically visit the authorities for verification of mortgage property in case of any doubt.
• Tracking/Maintain Legal MIS's, legal initiation to vendors and file disbursement process.

Eligibility

• Qualification- LLB.
• Experience- 1 to 2 years.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
