Details of the Job/Internship
Aldecor is hiring a Legal Officer with 1–3 years of experience to support vendor coordination, government liaison, and property-related documentation at its Bengaluru office, with frequent travel required.
Role and Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for vendors, contractors, and suppliers.
- Coordinate with local authorities and service providers for approvals and compliance.
- Conduct site visits, collect documents, and oversee vendor activities.
- Liaise with government bodies for licenses, permits, and NOCs.
- Support the legal team in property documentation and follow-ups.
- Track legal, compliance, and vendor performance documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to align vendor timelines with project goals.
- Assist with administrative and field-level tasks for project execution.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or relevant field.
- 1–3 years of experience in liaison, vendor coordination, or field support.
- Familiarity with government processes or real estate documentation is a plus.
- Willingness to travel frequently.
- Strong negotiation, documentation, and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and basic documentation tools.
