Aldecor is hiring a Legal Officer with 1–3 years of experience to join their office in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Act as the main contact between Aldecor and external vendors, contractors, and suppliers.
- Coordinate with local authorities and service providers for timely approvals, procurement, and compliance.
- Conduct site visits, gather documentation, and monitor vendor activities.
- Liaise with government departments for licenses, NOCs, and permits.
- Support the legal team with property-related documentation and compliance tracking.
- Maintain vendor performance logs and delivery schedules.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align vendor timelines with project goals.
- Assist in administrative and field tasks to ensure smooth project execution.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in liaisoning, vendor coordination, or field support.
- Knowledge of real estate documentation or government liaison processes preferred.
- Willingness to travel frequently to project sites and government offices.
- Strong negotiation, documentation, and follow-up abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and basic documentation tools.
