Aldecor is hiring a Legal Officer with 1–3 years of experience to join their office in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact between Aldecor and external vendors, contractors, and suppliers.
- Coordinate with local authorities, site vendors, and service providers for approvals, procurement, and compliance.
- Conduct site visits, collect documentation, and oversee on-site vendor activities.
- Liaise with government departments for licenses, NOCs, permits, and documentation.
- Support the legal team with property-related documentation and follow-ups.
- Ensure timely submission and tracking of legal and compliance paperwork.
- Maintain logs of vendor performance, delivery schedules, and documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align vendor timelines with project goals.
- Assist with administrative and field-level tasks for smooth project execution.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or a relevant field.
- 1–3 years of experience in liaison, vendor coordination, or field support.
- Familiarity with government liaison processes or real estate documentation is a plus.
- Willingness to travel frequently to project sites and government offices.
- Strong negotiation, documentation, and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and basic documentation tools.
