Details of the Job/Internship

APAC Financial Services Private Limited is hiring a Legal Officer with experience in managing in-house collections litigation to join their team in Srikakulam.

Role and Responsibilities

• Execute legal actions by coordinating with external associates, concerned departments, and law enforcement agencies.
• Manage legal actions filed by and against the company and support the collection team in resolving NPA and high-value accounts.
• Maintain accurate legal reports and case databases with timely updates.
• Provide and interpret legal information, conduct training, and communicate legal requirements to the team.
• Resolve business-related queries and provide inputs to the business team.

Eligibility

• Law graduate from a reputed university.
• Experience in managing in-house collections litigation.
• Good drafting skills.
• Must be a team player and solution-oriented.
• Ability to travel and handle field activities.
• Proficiency in MS Office.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
