Details of the Job/Internship

Artefact Projects Ltd is hiring a Legal Officer with experience of 3–5 years to join their office in Nagpur. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and vet various corporate and commercial contracts.
• Manage legal documentation and maintain comprehensive agreement records.
• Ensure organisational adherence to relevant legal and regulatory compliance matters.
• Coordinate effectively with external legal counsels and various regulatory authorities.
• Provide analytical legal support to internal teams regarding corporate frameworks.
• Proactively identify and address potential legal risks within business agreements.

Eligibility

• Possession of an LLB or LLM degree from a recognized university.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in Corporate or Commercial Law.
• Strong skills in legal drafting, contract vetting, and analytical research.
• Must be willing to work on-site at the Head Office in Nagpur.

Salary/Stipend

₹35,000 per month
