Details of the Job/Internship

Atlantis Migration Consultants is hiring a Legal Officer to join their office in Thrissur, Kerala.

Role and Responsibilities

• Review, verify, and vet client documentation for immigration processes.
• Ensure compliance with Indian laws and international immigration regulations.
• Identify and mitigate legal risks in client files.
• Manage and process client files for global immigration programs.
• Ensure accurate submission of applications through relevant portals.
• Coordinate with internal teams and international partners.
• Provide legal guidance on documentation, contracts, and processes.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory frameworks.
• Flag and prevent fraudulent or non-compliant applications.
• Handle refund-related cases and legal disputes.
• Draft responses, notices, and internal documents.
• Maintain proper records and ensure audit-ready documentation.
• Support management with legal insights and updates.

Eligibility

• LL.B (Bachelor of Laws) – Mandatory.
• Enrollment with Bar Council.
• Strong knowledge of legal drafting and documentation.
• Understanding of Indian legal system and compliance requirements.
• High attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Preferred: Experience in immigration, corporate, or documentation-heavy roles.
• Preferred: Exposure to consumer disputes, arbitration, or compliance.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Immediate joiners or candidates available within 7–15 days preferred.
