CILC operates across China, Taiwan, the Asia Pacific, and the United States. Established in Vietnam in 2007 under the approval of the State Bank of Vietnam, CILC provides leasing solutions, import leases, and sales and leaseback services to enterprises.

Details of the Job/Internship

Chailease International Leasing Co. Ltd. is hiring a Legal Associate to join their office in Puducherry.

Role and Responsibilities

• Review and revise contracts, forms, internal policies, and company documents.
• Provide legal advice for business operations and projects.
• Support licensing, regulatory procedures, and compliance documentation.
• Draft and review legal policies and assist in handling legal issues.
• Manage customer complaint consultancy and litigation matters.
• Coordinate with external legal counsel and relevant authorities.
• Handle compliance areas including AML, FATCA, ABAC, and data protection.
• Report and communicate with regulators such as SBV, Police, and Tax authorities.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Eligibility

• Law graduate with relevant experience in corporate, finance, or compliance roles.
• Strong knowledge of legal drafting, contract law, and regulatory compliance.
