Details of the Job/Internship
CSM Technologies is hiring a legal professional with 7–10 years of experience to manage corporate, commercial, and IT-related legal matters.
Role and Responsibilities
- Managing all corporate, commercial, and IT-related legal matters of the company.
- Drafting, reviewing, and providing inputs on client contracts, MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, SLAs, and vendor agreements.
- Ensuring compliance with corporate laws, IT laws, labour laws, and regulatory requirements.
- Advising management and business teams on legal risks, implications, and mitigation strategies.
- Supporting sales and delivery teams with contract closures and risk reviews.
- Conducting legal due diligence for partnerships, alliances, and M&A activities.
- Managing disputes, litigations, legal notices, and coordinating with external legal counsels.
- Establishing legal policies, templates, and contract governance frameworks.
- Ensuring compliance with data privacy, information security, and intellectual property protection requirements.
- Preparing and presenting legal MIS, risk reports, and updates to leadership and governance forums.
Eligibility
- LLB or LLM qualification.
- 7–10 years of relevant legal experience.
- Prior work exposure in an IT, ITES, or technology services company or a reputed law firm handling technology clients.
- Hands-on experience with board governance, statutory filings, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience working closely with CXOs, founders, or board members.
