Role and Responsibilities
The Legal Officer will be responsible for tasks related to Business Law, Company Law, Legal Consulting, Legal Document Preparation, and Contract Law.
Eligibility
- Business Law and Contract Law skills.
- Experience in Legal Consulting and Legal Document Preparation.
- Ability to manage and effectively handle litigation .
- Knowledge of Law principles.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Experience in the financial services industry is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Law or related field, with relevant certifications.
