Details of the Job/Internship

Emmvee Group is hiring a Legal Officer for their Bangalore office. Candidates must have 3-6 years of experience.This is a full-time on-site Legal Officer role.

Role and Responsibilities

The Legal Officer will be responsible for legal consulting, legal document preparation, contract law, and business law tasks related to the solar energy industry

Eligibility

Qualification

• BALLB with 3- 6 years of PQE
• Qualified Company Secretary with prior experience of handling corporate actions. 

Skills &Expertise:

• Expert in transaction legal roles, with a strong background in corporate actions, mergers and acquisitions, and equity transactions, JV, expansions. 
• This position involves handling acquisitions and mergers, equity/debt transactions, policy and managing relationships with external corporate lawyers.
• Business Law and Contract Law skills.
• Legal Consulting expertise.
• Legal Document Preparation proficiency.
• Experience in the solar energy industry is beneficial.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and on-site.
• prior experience in IPO.
