Details of the Job/Internship
Grihonirman Realty is hiring a Legal Manager / Legal Officer with 1 to 3 years of experience to join their office in Newtown, Kolkata.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all legal matters and documentation related to active real estate projects.
- Conduct comprehensive land due diligence and handle BLRO searching to verify property titles.
- Draft, review, and finalize Sale Agreements, Conveyance Deeds, and development agreements.
- Ensure strict adherence to RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Authority) filings and compliance matters.
- Handle land-related statutory documentation and ensure all government approvals are in place.
Eligibility
- Qualification: LLB / LLM from a recognized university.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in legal operations, specifically within the real estate sector.
- Proven experience in BLRO searching, drafting, and RERA-related matters.
- High level of fluency in English (both written and verbal).
- Strong analytical skills for performing detailed property title verifications.
- Ability to commute to the job location in Newtown, Kolkata on a daily basis.
