Details of the Job/Internship

 Guin Agri Solutions Private Limited  is hiring for the position of Legal Officer to join their office in Rajarhat, West Bengal.

Role and Responsibilities

• Legal Compliance: Ensure that the organization complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Legal Research: Conduct legal research on various issues to provide accurate and up-to-date information to management.
• Drafting and Reviewing: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Risk Management: Identify legal risks and propose appropriate measures to mitigate them.
• Legal Advice: Provide legal advice and guidance to management and employees on legal matters.
• Litigation Management: Represent the organization in legal proceedings, including court appearances and negotiations with opposing parties.
• Policy Development: Assist in the development and implementation of company policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance.
• Contract Management: Maintain and update a database of contracts and legal documents.
• Training: Conduct training sessions for employees on legal matters to increase awareness and ensure compliance.
• External Relations: Liaise with external legal counsel, regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders on behalf of the organization.

Eligibility

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) from an accredited institution.
• Admission to the Bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
• years of experience working in a legal capacity, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Strong knowledge of corporate law, contract law, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
   

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Law (LLM) or related field.
• Experience in a specific industry or sector relevant to the organization.
• Experience in intellectual property law, employment law, or international law.
