Gurukul Homes is hiring a Legal Officer – Real Estate & Regulatory Compliance with 10 years of relevant experience to join their team in Kolkata.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct title searches and ensure title clearance.
- Draft and review real estate documents such as sale deeds and lease agreements.
- Prepare and finalize title reports in line with regulatory requirements.
- Ensure compliance with RERA and other real estate laws.
- Coordinate with law firms, regulators, and clients.
- Facilitate flat registrations and manage documentation.
- Resolve legal disputes and address compliance issues.
Eligibility
- LLB or equivalent degree.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in real estate law and regulatory compliance.
- Expertise in RERA, title search, and legal documentation
