Hinduja Leyland Finance is looking for a candidate for the position of Legal Officer with 2 years of experience to join them at their office in Panchkula.

Role and Responsibilities

Handle the commercial vehicle portfolio of the company along with the LOS recovery.

Eligibility

• LLB ( 3 years or 5 years ).
• Experience - 2 years.
• Well-versed in Arbitration Proceedings.
• Knowledge of the 138 NI Act.
• EP Cases.
• Consumer Cases. 
• Criminal Matters.
• Customer visit experience will be the main part.
• Handling police complaints.
• Additional Requirement: Expertise in operating MS Office/Excel.

Salary/Stipend

CTC- up to 25 k + Attractive Incentives.
