Details of the Job/Internship
Hughes & Hughes Chem Ltd. is hiring a Legal Officer for their Delhi office located in Nehru Place.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handle legal consultations, prepare legal documents, and ensure compliance with business and contract laws.
- Advise on legal issues affecting the company.
- Review and prepare contracts and conduct legal research.
- Provide guidance on legal matters to ensure company operations adhere to legal standards and regulations.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field. Business law, contract law, and legal consulting skills.
- Experience in legal document preparation and handling legal documentation.
- Strong knowledge and application of general law principles.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team as well as independently.
- Relevant experience in corporate or business legal roles is an advantage.
- A Master's degree or additional certifications are a plus.
