Details of the Job/Internship
IndusInd Bank is hiring a Legal Officer with experience of 5 to 8 years to join their office in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
Drafting and review of agreements and other related documentation w.r.t. following functions:
- Wealth Management: Tie-up/referral arrangement with Insurance Companies / Mutual Fund
- Transaction Banking Group: Offering of Cash Management Services to corporate clients and escrow Arrangements.
- Marketing and Branding: Guidance on celebrity tie-ups, social media branding
- Information Technology: Software Licence / Software Development Agreements
- Admin: Lease Deed, Leave & License Agreement, Service Provider Agreements,
- HR: Service Contract, opinion on HR-related matters.
- The role would also involve providing legal opinion to internal functions, performing legal research and independently negotiating documents with external parties.
Eligibility
- Minimum 5-8 of experience in drafting, negotiating and advising on complex commercial contracts. Preferred: In a leading private sector bank/foreign bank. Past experience in handling similar profiles may also be considered.
- Educational Qualifications: LLB/LLM from a reputed University.
