Details of the Job/Internship

Jalan Lifespaces is hiring a Legal Officer with 3+ years of experience to join their office in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

Draft and review legal documents and contracts.
Ensure compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
Provide legal advice on property law, business law, and contract law.
Conduct legal analysis and risk assessments for real estate projects.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Support business operations with legal insights related to real estate development.

Eligibility

Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB).
Minimum 3 years of legal experience, including real estate sector exposure.
Proficiency in property and business law.
Strong skills in legal consulting and document preparation.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work on-site and collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
