JurisPATH Legal Services LLP is hiring a Legal Officer to join their office in Hyderabad.
Role and Responsibilities
- The Legal Officer will be responsible for providing legal consulting for clients, preparing legal documents, understanding contract law, and advising on business law matters.
- The Legal Officer will also be responsible for conducting legal research, evaluating and managing claims, assisting in arbitration, and representing clients in court proceedings.
Eligibility
- Bar Council registration and license to practice law in India.
- Experience in legal consulting and document preparation.
- Law Degree from a renowned institute.
- Experience in litigation and arbitration.
- Knowledge of contract law and business law.
