Details of the Job/Internship
K RAHEJA GROUP is hiring a Legal Officer with expertise in business and contract law to join their office in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide legal support and advice on business and contractual matters.
- Review, draft, and maintain legal documents and agreements.
- Ensure legal compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
- Maintain the legal calendar and monitor deadlines.
- Assess legal risks related to real estate and hospitality projects.
- Support both litigation and non-litigation matters.
Eligibility
- Strong knowledge of Business Law, Law, and Contract Law.
- Experience in legal consulting and document preparation.
- Background in litigation or non-litigation work.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in the real estate or hospitality sector is a plus.
