Details of the Job/Internship
KAIZEN Asset Management Services is hiring a Legal Officer with experience of 2–4 years to join their legal team in a remote role.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assisting in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and agreements.
- Conducting legal research on laws and regulations impacting property management and corporate governance.
- Supporting compliance with data protection laws, anti-money laundering regulations, and statutory obligations.
- Identifying legal risks and recommending proactive solutions in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Preparing and maintaining legal documentation and correspondence.
- Assisting in litigation management and dispute resolution processes.
- Coordinating with external legal counsel and providing updates on legal matters.
- Supporting development of internal policies, procedures, and compliance guidelines.
- Educating team members on legal and compliance-related matters.
- Maintaining an organised database of legal documents and resources.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB).
- 2–4 years of experience in a legal role, preferably in property management or corporate law.
- Strong knowledge of UAE property and corporate laws.
- Excellent research, drafting, and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for remote collaboration.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
