Kamal Finserve Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Legal Officer (Litigation) with at least 1 year of litigation experience to join their office in Jaipur.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide field-level legal support to the collection team, including execution of warrants and police station visits.
- Handle litigation matters under Sec. 138 NI Act, FIRs, and Sec. 9.
- Appear in court and coordinate with external advocates.
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports for cases.
Eligibility
- LLB from a recognized university.
- Minimum 1 year of litigation experience.
- Jaipur-based candidate.
- Willingness to work in a field job.
