KMB is hiring a Legal Officer to join their office in Bengaluru.

Role and Responsibilities

• Ensure legal compliance within the organisation.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts.
• Prepare legal documents and provide legal consultation.
• Manage potential legal risks and ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulations.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law (LLB or equivalent).
• Strong expertise in Business Law and Contract Law.
• Proficiency in legal document preparation and legal consulting.
• Comprehensive knowledge of corporate and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Relevant professional experience in corporate or business law.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle sensitive legal matters with confidentiality.
• Knowledge of laws related to retail, distribution, and real estate sectors is an added advantage.

Salary/Stipend
