Krish Group is hiring a Legal Officer with experience of 3–5 years to join their team in Gurugram.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide expert legal advice on matters related to property acquisitions, sales, leases, and other real estate transactions.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Represent the company in legal proceedings, including civil and commercial cases, with a focus on real estate matters.
- Prepare and present legal strategies in coordination with external counsel when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with local real estate laws, regulatory requirements, and corporate policies.
- Conduct due diligence for property acquisitions and liaise with government authorities for legal clearances.
- Identify potential legal risks and provide solutions to mitigate them.
- Work closely with internal teams, including finance, operations, and project management, to address legal issues.
- Maintain strong relationships with external legal advisors and regulatory bodies.
Eligibility
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience.
- Qualification: LLB/LLM.
- Position: Advocate.
