Details of the Job/Internship

Lancer Container Lines Ltd is hiring a Legal Officer with 0-2 years of experience to join their office in Navi Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle and coordinate legal disputes, notices, and litigation, including matters with regulatory bodies.
• Liaise with external legal counsel as required. Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents and agreements.
• Ensure all contracts are legally sound and aligned with company interests. Conduct legal research.
• Maintain MIS. Work efficiently using MS Office.

Eligibility

• 0-2 years of relevant legal experience.
• Strong understanding of Indian corporate and contract law.
• Excellent legal research, analytical, and drafting skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and legal research tools.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and collaboratively.

Salary/Stipend
