Role and Responsibilities

The Legal Officer will be responsible for managing legal matters, ensuring compliance with regulations, preparing legal documents, and providing legal consultation to the organization.

Eligibility

• Business Law and Contract Law expertise
• Strong understanding of general Law principles
• Experience in Legal Consulting and Legal Document Preparation
• Proficiency in analyzing and drafting legal documents
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Relevant certifications or specialized training in Business Law
• Previous experience in the finance industry is a plus
