Magnetite Solicitors and Advocates is hiring for the position of Legal Officer to join their office in Kolkata.
Role and Responsibilities
This on-site position will involve preparing legal documents, offering legal advice, and ensuring compliance with business and contract laws. The Legal Officer will be responsible for drafting and reviewing contracts, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing legal guidance to the management team on a range of legal matters.
Eligibility
- Strong knowledge of Business Law and Contract Law.
- Experience in legal consulting and preparation of legal documents.
- Familiarity with general legal practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or a related field.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
- Experience in property management or a related industry is a plus.
