Mahindra and Mahindra Financial Services Limited is looking for a candidate for the position of Legal Officer to join their office in Nawabganj.

Role and Responsibilities

• The Legal Officer will manage day-to-day legal tasks including legal consulting, preparation of legal documents, and advising on business and contract law.
• The role involves ensuring compliance with legal standards, reviewing and drafting contracts, and providing legal support to various departments within the company.

Eligibility

• Proficiency in Business Law, Contract Law, and general Legal practices.
• Experience in Legal Consulting and Legal Document Preparation.
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and legal risk assessment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple legal projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
• Prior experience in the financial services industry is a plus.

Salary/Stipend
