Mahindra Finance Ltd is hiring for the position of Legal Officer to join their office in Belagavi, Karnataka.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and consultation on day-to-day operational matters.
• Draft, review, and vet contracts and agreements.
• Conduct legal research and prepare related documentation.
• Ensure compliance with business, regulatory, and contract law.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address legal issues effectively.
• Support litigation and recovery processes when required.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B.); additional certifications a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Business Law and Contract Law.
• Proficiency in legal drafting and documentation.
• Excellent legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team..
• Prior experience in the finance sector is an added advantage.

Salary/Stipend
