Details of the Job/Internship
MantraCare is hiring a Legal Officer to join their office in Ahmedabad. The role involves supporting legal and compliance functions within the organisation, including handling legal documentation, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing legal risks, and supporting corporate legal operations in accordance with Indian laws.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide legal support on corporate, commercial, and employment law matters.
- Draft, review, and maintain contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
- Ensure compliance with Indian legal and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in managing legal risks and advising internal teams.
- Support dispute resolution and coordinate with external legal counsel.
- Maintain legal records and documentation.
- Assist in developing company policies and compliance procedures.
- Stay updated on Indian legal and regulatory developments.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent.
- Knowledge of Indian corporate, labour, and regulatory laws.
- Enrolment with Bar Council of India preferred.
- Experience in legal support, compliance, or advisory roles preferred.
- Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
