Details of the Job/Internship

MG Group is hiring a Legal Officer with experience of 3–6 years to join their office in Mumbai. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate various contracts, NDAs, and other legal documents. 
• Handle arbitration and litigation proceedings and coordinate with external counsel. 
• Manage intellectual property (IP), regulatory compliance, and legal risk advisory. 
• Support internal business teams on matters relating to corporate and labor laws. 
• Advise on risks associated with social media, digital communication, privacy, and defamation.

Eligibility

• LLB or LLM degree from a recognized university. 
• 3–6 years of relevant professional experience. 
• Strong understanding of corporate, labor, and digital communication laws.
