Muthoot Fincorp Ltd is hiring a Legal Officer with experience of 2 to 5 years to join their office in Trivandrum.
Role and Responsibilities
- Ensure all lease documents are accurately executed and document controlled as per client standard policies.
- Provide legal guidance to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations for branch establishment.
- Review and negotiate contracts with vendors,contractors and suppliers involved ininfrastructure works for MFL branches.
- MIS-Reporting to senior management.
