Details of the Job/Internship
NAB is hiring a Legal Officer with experience in legal concepts to join their office in Gurugram.
Role and Responsibilities
- Proactively work toward and maintain proficiency in all legal work types relevant to the role.
- Complete complex legal tasks assigned by various internal legal teams.
- Collaborate with in-house counsel across NAB to increase team capability and manage ad-hoc requirements.
- Communicate concisely and calmly with bankers to strengthen internal professional relationships.
Eligibility
- Deep understanding of legal language, principles, and research methods.
- Demonstrated knowledge of core legal concepts.
- Excellent drafting and legal research skills.
- High level of computer literacy, specifically with Microsoft Office, databases, and CRM systems.
- Highly developed time management skills and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to problem solve and act autonomously with sound judgment.
