Details of the Job/Internship
Otsuka Pharmaceutical India Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Legal Officer to handle and manage all legal and secretarial matters, including litigation, non-litigation, and regulatory compliance, at their office in Ahmedabad.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handle and manage all legal and secretarial matters, including litigation and non-litigation.
- Assist in all litigation matters.
- Ensure timely completion of legal, secretarial, and regulatory compliances.
- Prepare agenda and minutes of board meetings.
- Assist in conducting board meetings smoothly.
- Liaise with parties, consultants, and authorities on legal and secretarial matters.
- Appraise management of proposed or changed regulations, legal updates, reports, and MIS.
- Manage existing and new Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) registration requirements.
- Draft, vet, and negotiate various national and international business contracts and agreements.
- Provide legal protection and risk management advice to management.
Eligibility
Good understanding and knowledge of all legal matters. Teamwork, contract management, and good communication skills.
