Details of the Job/Internship

This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Officer at Polaris Smart Metering located in Jaipur.

Role and Responsibilities

The Legal Officer will be responsible for overseeing legal matters related to business operations, contract law, legal consulting, and legal document preparation. The role will involve ensuring compliance with regulations, drafting legal documents, providing legal advice, and managing contract negotiations.

Eligibility

• Business Law and Contract Law expertise.
• Legal Consulting and Legal Document Preparation skills.
• Experience in handling legal matters within a business context.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Law or related field.
• Previous experience in the energy sector is a plus.
