Details of the Job/Internship

PT Nojorono Tobacco International is hiring a Legal Officer with experience of 3 years to join their office in Jakarta.

Role and Responsibilities

• Supporting manager on handling Compliance & Litigation, Commercial Contracts & Corporate, Asset and Investment matters
• Manage all company legal documents (company's deed and operational permits)
• Assist in the process of handling compliance & litigation, commercial contracts & corporate, asset & investment and intellectual property of all company
• Contract Drafting & review
• Prepare and review cooperation documents, contracts, MOUs, etc
• Create and manage legal incoming and outgoing letters required by the company
• Coordinate with all departments for legal documents required for company operations

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree in Law.
• Experience as Legal Supervisor minimum 3 years.
• Familiar with law/legal knowledge related to corporate law, contract management and negotiations, licensing, also preferably having experience in litigation.
• Familiar with Microsoft (Excel and PowerPoint)
• Fluent in English is a must.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
