Details of the Job/Internship
RAJRADHE FINANCE LIMITED is hiring a Law Officer to join their office in Ahmedabad.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handle and manage the end-to-end legal matters of the company.
- Represent the organization independently in various courts and legal proceedings.
- Track and manage litigation cases effectively to ensure timely resolution.
- Draft, review, and vet all legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
- Conduct in-depth legal research and provide analytical support to internal teams.
- Oversee specific legal projects and ensure their successful execution.
- Ensure strict adherence to all regulatory and statutory compliance requirements.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of legal writing and general laws.
- Hands-on experience in court proceedings and litigation.
- Good understanding of project management within a legal context.
- Preferred Knowledge: SARFAESI Act, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC), and Revenue laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong attention to detail.
