Details of the Job/Internship
Raw Leaf Story is hiring for the position of legal officer with 2-5 years of experience to join them in their New Delhi office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Review, draft, and provide legal advice and support on corporate law matters, including HR employment contracts.
- Guide on legal and regulatory issues related to the entity's operations.
- Keep abreast of legal and regulatory developments that may affect the company.
- Beyond law-related responsibilities, the legal counsel will get the opportunity to participate in company strategy and growth initiatives with the leadership and become one of the key administration officers in the company.
- Basic drafting, Coordination with external, briefing, and filing.
