Rupalekhya Infrastructures Pvt Ltd is looking for a candidate for the position of Legal Officer to join them at their office in Greater Kolkata Area.

Role and Responsibilities

• The Legal Officer will be responsible for providing legal consultation, preparing legal documents, handling contract law matters, and ensuring the company's compliance with business laws.
• Additional day-to-day tasks include advising the management on legal issues, representing the company in legal proceedings, and liaising with external legal counsels.

Eligibility

• Expertise in Real Estate Law Law and Contract Law.
• Experience in Legal Consulting and Legal Document Preparation.
• Strong knowledge of general Law principles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented and strong analytical skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Law; a Master's degree is a plus.
• Admitted to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.

Salary/Stipend
