Details of the Job/Internship

Sammy’s Dreamland Co. Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Legal Manager with over five years of experience in real estate to join their North Bangalore office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Coordinate with departments and landowners to collect property documents and information.
• Compile available documents, identify additional requirements, and present them to management.
• Draft legal documents including title opinions, MOUs, JDAs, sale deeds, agreements to sell, and related notices.
• Work with the liaison team to secure revenue documents such as RTCs and ECs, including through RTI applications if required.
• Coordinate with bankers, advocates, consultants, and CRM teams.
• Liaise with external advocates for title opinions, certificates, and drafting of sale deeds.
• Interact with customers during preparation of sale deeds when required.
• Submit documents to bankers for project approvals in coordination with the marketing team.
• Prepare control sheets for court matters and file pleadings and related papers.
• Represent the company before civil, criminal, revenue, and police authorities when required.
• Handle RERA registrations, complaints, and appearances before adjudicating officers and tribunals.
• Handle consumer complaints and represent before district and state consumer forums.
• Follow up with external advocates on pending matters and maintain the court diary.
• Obtain and file judgments, orders, and decrees.
• Maintain land bank and project-wise legal documentation.
• Prepare statements for new property acquisitions and suit-filed accounts.

Eligibility

• Bachelor of Laws (LLB), preferably with a Master’s in Law or Business Law.
• Minimum five years of experience in real estate.

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
