Satya MicroCapital Limited is looking for candidate for the position of Legal Officer.

Role and Responsibilities

• Document drafting- drafting and vetting of all types of agreements, MOU’s etc.
• Preparing & vetting of petitions, replies, appearance in courts.
• Handling Legal activities, Legal Advice to various business verticals and functions on legal issues.
• Handling the Legal Activities of the Company. Interpretation of law/ regulations and advising their applicability 
• Advisory services, drafting, arbitration, liaison, legal operations, compliances, contract drafting.
• M&A, IPR, apprising the team and the management about new law amendments along with implications thereof on the organization.
• Liaise with auditors, shareholders, regulators and other statutory authorities.
• Monitor changes in relevant legislation and the regulatory environment and take appropriate action.

Salary/Stipend
