Details of the Job/Internship

ShareSquare.ae is hiring a Legal Officer with 2–5 years of experience to join its office in Dubai. The role involves supporting real estate transactions by preparing, reviewing, and managing legal documentation, handling conveyancing processes, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The position requires close coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders involved in real estate transactions.

Role and Responsibilities

• Preparing, reviewing, and managing real estate legal documents, including Sale and Purchase Agreements, MOUs, lease agreements, addendums, amendments, and related real estate forms.
• Handling conveyancing processes from initial agreement to completion of transfer.
• Coordinating with developers, brokers, clients, trustees, and government authorities.
• Ensuring compliance with local real estate laws, regulations, and free zone requirements.
• Supporting registration, transfer, and mortgage documentation.
• Maintaining accurate legal records and document control.
• Providing legal support and guidance to sales and operations teams.
• Liaising with external lawyers, trustees, and consultants when required.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law.
• 2–5 years of experience in real estate legal work.
• Strong knowledge of real estate documentation and conveyancing procedures.
• Experience working with real estate firms, developers, or legal offices.
• Familiarity with UAE real estate laws and authorities is preferred.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple transactions.

Salary/Stipend
