Role and Responsibilities
- Preparation and review of title search report, Opinion on various properties to be mortgaged.
- Vendor management for retrieval of reports and maintenance of TAT.
- Coordination with Internal team for clearance of legal report.
- Can consider candidate from legal firm or NBFCs.
