Shubham Housing Development Finance Company is hiring a Legal Officer with experience of 1 to 3 years to join their office in Multiple Locations.
Role and Responsibilities
- Preparation and review of title search report.
- Opinion on various properties to be mortgaged.
- Vendor management for retrieval of reports and maintenance of TAT.
- Coordination with Internal team for clearance of legal report.
- Can consider candidate from legal firm or NBFCs.
Eligibility
- Post qualification experience 1 to 3 years.
